Firstly, we would like to thank you for your generous donations towards our Red Nose Day Appeal. We raised an amazing £419.75. Special mention to our families for their incredible cake creations, we really appreciate the time and effort you have put into these masterpieces and the children loved sharing them with their friends.
We would like to send a huge thank you to Mr Al Ali and our House of Froggy who put on today’s events. Staff have commented on children’s enthusiasm, confidence and patience, especially in supporting some of our younger pupils. The team did a fantastic job organising the event and many of our younger pupils were inspired to join the House of Froggy when they are older. All children had lots of fun celebrating with their friends and have hundreds of jokes to share at home.
We have also been touched by the generous donations we have received for our Easter events. As in previous years, our Flowery Friends will be running our Easter Bingo which takes place on Thursday. A final reminder that Parents’ Evening will take place on Wednesday 25th March. During your appointment, teachers will share your child’s progress and discuss how you can support their next steps in learning. We are extremely proud of everything they have achieved this term. As these meetings take place over the telephone, please ensure your contact details are up to date in the MCAS app. Please be aware that due to our settings, the call will come from a withheld number. Please note that Nursery and Reception meetings will take place in person.
Finally, we would like to send our best wishes to all our families celebrating Eid today. As in previous years, we will be celebrating as a community on Monday. Children are welcome to wear their celebration clothes and enjoy a range of games and tasty treats. If your child is bringing food to share, please ensure their class teacher is aware of any allergen information.

School Places
Do you have a child who is 3 before August 31st? We have a few places remaining for admission to our nursery classes for September 2026, Alongside our 30 hour offer, we are able to provide wrap around provision before and after school. Applications close on March 31st so please act quickly to secure your child’s place.
Support Required
We are seeing an increase in children bringing in items to support them from home which are distracting children within the classroom. Please can we ask that these are left at home. School has a range of concentration aids that we can use to support learners who require them. Should a specific item be required please speak to your child’s class teacher or a member of the SEND team.
