FROGGY STARS - 27.03.26

STRIVE -TEAM - AMBITION - RESILIENCE = SUCCESS

What a lovely end to the term!

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your support during Parents’ Evening. We truly value the time spent talking with you about your child’s progress and celebrating their achievements. Your partnership makes a real difference to outcomes across our school.

We began this week with our Eid celebration on Monday. The children had a wonderful time celebrating with their friends and enjoyed many tasty treats. On behalf of our school community, I would like to extend our thanks to families for their generosity during this special occasion.

On Wednesday, our Flowery Friends team held our annual Easter Egg Bingo, which was very well attended. It was a joyful event, filled with excitement, laughter, and of course, plenty of chocolate treats for everyone. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our fantastic team of volunteers who continue to plan and support these events. If you are able to contribute—even a small amount of time—please speak with a member of our pastoral team. Your support is always greatly appreciated.

As we come to the end of our current learning units, we have set the children a QR quiz to help them recap their knowledge, along with some creative challenges to enjoy over the break. We have been incredibly impressed with the children’s enthusiasm and hard work this term and are excited to see their creations when we return.

As we come to the end of the term, we would like to say a huge thank you to Mrs Bird who is leaving us today. We know how much she has supported, nurtured and inspired our little people to achieve their dreams. Mrs Bird has secured her dream job combining her love of horses with her love of learning. We wish her all the best for her new role.

Finally, I would like to send my warmest wishes to those families celebrating Easter over the holidays. We hope you enjoy a lovely time with family and friends, and we look forward to hearing about your celebrations when we return to school.

Wishing you all a restful and enjoyable break.

Mrs Silk
