What a lovely end to the half term! The children have loved taking part in our arts week and are keen to share their creations with those at home. Check out their amazing work on our Facebook and Twitter pages. There are lots of creative activities going on within our local libraries and art galleries. All parents should have received an announcement regarding parents’ evening. This takes place on Wednesday 6th November. This will be a face-to-face event to enable you to speak with your child’s teacher and review your child’s progress. Appointments are booked through the MCAS app.
Many thanks to our Flowery Friends team and all those that attended our Spooky Spectacular. It was great to see so many people dressing up and having fun. I am extremely grateful to the team who work behind the scenes to plan these events but we are in urgent need of further help due to our growing school roll. Our next Flowery Friends meeting is on Wednesday 13th November at 3 30.
Finally, I would like to wish all those families celebrating Diwali, a special time with their family and friends. We look forward to hearing about your celebrations on your return to school.

IMPORTANT NEWS
Please can we remind parents that pick up is restricted to parents, carers and pupils in receipt of a disability badge. We ask that no cars are left unattended at any time and that one disabled space is left available for non-mobile children. Please can you also ensure you refrain from parking on Zig Zags.
ONLINE SAFETY
In the lead up to half term, many parents have approached me about children playing games online. Many of the children we speak to in school admit to playing with people they don’t know! This is extremely dangerous as often they are sharing details with people much older. Please click on the link to find out more:
