Reflections on week 29
I make my usual appeal that everyone continues to practise social distancing and wear face-coverings on our school site. This week, I particularly want to remind parents using the nursery garden to leave the site as soon as completing drop off as this is an area that easily becomes congested.
It has been great to see more children wearing our PE kits now that the shops have reopened, year 3 children continue to make good progress at the swimming pool, our chicks and ducklings are proving as popular as ever and I’ve seen some fantastic writing in books right across the whole school. I also thank those of you who’ve shared your encouraging comments as we try to complete the outdoor project near the school farm.
Enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend, stay safe and I look forward to seeing everyone back in school next Tuesday.
Best wishes,
Mr Fell.
