SCHOOL WILL REMAIN OPEN !
We have been in school since before 6 ensuring school remains as cool as possible. The KS2 classrooms (Y3,4,5 and 6) are already over 20 degrees (even with the additional measures we have in place).
We have adapted our curriculum plans the day and are reducing the time children spend outside.
We are happy for parents to collect ther child early should they be concerned about the rise in temperatures troughour the day, especially if your child has a medical condition.
We will not be able to run our before school provision today and tomorrow.
