Dear Parents and Carers
For those eligible families, we will be providing an ASDA voucher with value of £12.50 per week for each child. The system relies on email addresses to deliver you the vouchers on a fortnightly basis. We have a record in school of qualifying children, however, experience from the first lockdown suggests it would be helpful if you would confirm your email address with school to ensure we send the voucher out correctly. (It will not be possible to change email addresses once the system is set up.) Please email admin@floweryfield.tameside.sch.uk and put FSM in the subject box. Please don't forget to include the names of your children in the message.
If your circumstances have changed and you think you may now be entitled to receive FSM, please contact the school office and the staff can complete an eligibility check. (The office staff will need your National Insurance Number and your date of birth to complete the check.)
