We started off the week, with a whole school picnic to celebrate Eid Ul Adha. All classes enjoyed celebrating in the sunshine with their friends. Many thanks to those families that shared their celebrations to help us learn more about this festival.
On Wednesday 10th July our Flowery Friends team will be holding our Summer Festival. The event takes place between 4-6pm. There will be lots of free activities, including assault course, bouncy castles and more! If any families can volunteer to help make this event a success please let school or a member of the Flowery Friends team know, Tickets are available online Flowery Field PTFA (pembee.app),
As we come to the end of the term, our before and after school club provision has now ended, We are currently finalising arrangements for September, If anyone has any contacts for local sports or dance providers who may be willing to offer taster sessions please pass their details to the school office. From September, there will be a small charge to cover our before and after school provision.
Finally, we would like to remind families that school will be closed on Monday 1st July for staff training. During the afternoon we will be welcoming new and existing pupils who will be joining nursery or reception in September. Over the next few weeks, we will be supporting pupils throughout school with transition. We look forward to continuing to support your child on their educational journey.
