This year we will be joining the Jeans for Genes campaign to raise awareness of the daily challenges faced by those living with a genetic condition and raise money to fund projects that make a tangible difference to the lives of those affected.
We are asking children to wear their jeans and donate £1 to help this campaign.
Several of our families experience these difficulties on a daily basis.
